When can I start redeeming my points?
You can start redeeming your points for rewards once you reach 200 points. You can redeem your points in increments of 200, 290, 580, and 780 points.
How can I see how many points I have?
Check your points balance! Log in to your account by clicking on the profile icon in the top right corner of our homepage. You'll see your points total right at the top.
How do I get early access to sales, giveaways, and product launches?
Stay in the loop! Sign up for our emails or SMS program to get the latest updates and offers. You can subscribe easily:1.Through the popup when you enter our site.2.In the footer section of our website.
Do my points expire?
Points stay active for 12 months, so shop often to maximize your rewards!
How do I use my points?
Using your points is easy! Click 'REDEEM MY POINTS' and copy & paste your code at checkout. (Make sure you are logged in to your account)
How come my number of points hasn't updated on the account?
It may take up to 24 hours for your points to update after a purchase or qualifying activity. Don't worry, your points will be added to your balance soon!
What happens to my points if I return a product?
If you use a reward credit on your order and return your entire order, the points you used for the discount will be added back to your account. The points you would have earned from those products will be deducted from your total. This may also affect your VIP tier. For example, if your purchase puts you into the Gold Tier but you return $100 worth of product and your annual spend is now $250, you will move down to the Silver Tier. We recommend checking your points balance and tier status after you make a return to see how it's affected.
