How come my number of points hasn't updated on the account?

It may take up to 24 hours for your points to update after a purchase or qualifying activity. Don't worry, your points will be added to your balance soon!

What happens to my points if I return a product?

If you use a reward credit on your order and return your entire order, the points you used for the discount will be added back to your account. The points you would have earned from those products will be deducted from your total. This may also affect your VIP tier. For example, if your purchase puts you into the Gold Tier but you return $100 worth of product and your annual spend is now $250, you will move down to the Silver Tier. We recommend checking your points balance and tier status after you make a return to see how it's affected.
